Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement  as appropriate.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Natural variations in color, scent, or texture
   
• Reactions due to individual skin sensitivities (please review ingredient lists carefully)
   
• Lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered”
